Tip 2: Change your job. If your work is weakening and confusing you, strive for change. The only factor preventing you from moving to another job that you enjoy the most is yourself. If people put as much energy into looking for work as they put it into fidgeting and complaining about their current job, they will make a huge change in their lives. Work is where we spend a lot of our lives, so it’s very important to be content and happy.
Tip 3: Think about volunteering. Volunteering triggers good feelings in the psyche when we know we have been able to help others. Also, volunteering is a great opportunity to meet other people.
